In 2003 I entered Physical Department of Yaroslavl State University. My special subject was microelectronics and semiconductor devices. While studying, I investigated ion beam etching and wrote computer software intended for simulation of an etching process. Subject of my graduate work was “Mathematical modelling of ion beam sputtering of amorphous materials in the framework of eikonal equation”, supervisor — S.E. Birkgan
In 2008 I entered postgraduate course at YarSU and graduated in 2011. During the course I studied an algorithms for numerical solution of partial differential equations using high performance computer cluster. My supervisor is S.D. Glyzin.
